Description
1992. Lieutenant Anton Pekarsky, a ten-year veteran of the Central Asian border, returns to Belarus, burned out by corruption and the crumbling Soviet Union. He rejects a promotion, opting for civilian life. But back in his quiet village, he realizes his skills are desperately needed. A group with Islamist ties has gotten their hands on radioactive waste and plans to smuggle it West. Two couriers are hauling the container across Russia, while a cunning contact orchestrates the cross-border operation into Lithuania. Stopping them is up to one man: Anton Pekarsky. The clock is ticking.
