Description
Philip Monin is found murdered - again there are no leads to the Black Wolves. Pavel Khromov was arrested - this time on suspicion of murdering Philip. Garozy offers to help Pavel remove suspicion from him if he agrees to participate in the operation he developed to detect the gang. However, the leadership of the criminal investigation department is categorically against the participation of a former criminal in the operation.
